CLUB FITTING PROCEDURE
There are over 20 variables that must be taken into account and
measured to achieve a properly fit golf club. At AccuFit Golf, a personal
fitting session is a multi-step process consisting of:
1) PLAYER INTERVIEW - A player interview will take place. This information
will be recorded on a Player Interview Form. We will discuss your ability,
likes, dislikes, desires, and more. This completed form is kept as part
of your record.
2) GOLFER MEASUREMENTS - Various body measurements will be made;
such as, finger and wrist distance from the floor, hand size, etc.
3) PRESENT EQUIPMENT EVALUATION - We will perform an evaluation
of your present equipment. Measuring overall club weight, swingweight,
length, frequency (shaft flex), shaft bend point and more.
We discuss the club design and what performance one should expect
from the clubs. If you have a favorite club, we can test and evaluate
that club to find out why it is your favorite.
4) EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDATIONS - The final step in the fitting process
will be for us to recommend club components and specifications that
will best suit your ability, needs, and desires.
